Our office is situated in the Montvert Pristine complex, which is just off Aundh Road in the Khadki area of Pune. Specifically, we are in A1-405. It’s a nice enough spot and being near Aundh means there is always plenty of activity around. Khadki has its own distinct feel compared to the rest of Pune, being a bit more spread out in some parts. Our workspace is essentially a converted apartment, which is quite common for companies of our size around here. It makes for a very homey and informal environment. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for making tea or coffee throughout the day. We don't have any fancy boardrooms or glass-walled offices. If we need to talk about something, we just pull up a chair next to someone’s desk. The building has decent security and the surroundings are usually kept quite clean. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day solving technical problems. Sometimes the traffic on Aundh Road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. We have been working out of this flat for a while now and it has become a very familiar space for the whole team. It’s practical, it’s quiet enough, and it lets us get our work done without any unnecessary corporate drama or complicated office politics.
