Metal Imp Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Bhosari MIDC, specifically at No. J 249-250. This is a purely industrial area, so it’s all about factories and workshops around here. There is always the sound of machines running or metal clanging in the distance. Our unit isn't anything special to look at. It is a functional industrial space where we do our metal work. The walls are a bit stained from the years of production, and the floor is hard concrete. We spend our days on the shop floor, managing the production and making sure the orders are being processed. It gets very hot inside during the summer, especially with the machinery running, so we have large exhaust fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We wear sturdy boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. There is a lot of heavy lifting and precision work involved. We’ve been in Bhosari for years and we know the other business owners on our block. We don't have a marketing strategy or a fancy brand image. We just focus on the metal parts we are supposed to make. It’s a tough environment, but we are used to the noise and the pace of the MIDC life. We just get the work done and move on to the next task.
