Metal Coat

We are located out at Dangat Industrial Estate, right on N D A Road in the Khadakwasla area. Specifically, our shop is in the Sri Muneshwara Estate section. Our work is all about coating metal parts to keep them from rusting or just to make them look a bit better for the customers. It is a fairly industrial spot, so there is always the sound of machines and big trucks coming in and out of the estate gates. We have got a decent-sized workshop where we do all the dipping and spraying work. It is hot work, especially in the summer months when the curing ovens are running all day long. There is a small group of us who have been working together for a few years now. We do not really go in for fancy talk or making big promises we cannot keep. We just take the metal parts people bring to us and put the coating on as best as we can. Sometimes the weather outside affects how the coat dries, so we have to watch the humidity levels very closely. We are not some big multinational company; we are just a local shop trying to make a living here in Khadakwasla. People know where to find us if they have some iron or steel that needs some extra protection. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things finally quiet down. It is not a glamorous job at all.
