Our office is tucked away in Kothrud, which is a busy but nice part of Pune. We are right behind Eklavya College in a building called Pallabh, Phase II. Our specific address is Flat No 401, H No 7A. Being in a residential building means the office feels a bit like a home. We have a small kitchen area and some comfortable chairs, though most of us are usually at our desks. Meshba Solutions is not a big firm. It is just a small group of us who enjoy working on tech projects. We do not have a fancy corporate culture with team-building retreats or big mission statements. We just come to work, talk about what needs to be done, and then we do it. Kothrud is a great area because there is always something happening, and there are plenty of cafes nearby for when we need a break. Sometimes the noise from the college students can be a bit much, but it also keeps the energy up. We do not spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people we have helped before. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We like the independence of being a small LLP. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving along smoothly without any drama.
