Mesco Software Training & Development Center

Mesco Software Training & Development Center is located at Maruti Sadhan in Ambegaon. We are right opposite the lane where Bikaner Sweets is. That’s usually how we tell people to find us, by mentioning the sweet shop. It’s a good landmark because the smell of snacks often drifts over here in the afternoons. Our center is a place where we do a mix of things. We train people on software and we also do some development work ourselves. The building, Maruti Sadhan, is a regular sort of place. It’s not a big tech park or anything. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s often quite busy with students coming in for their sessions. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people, there’s always something happening. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the coding and the teaching. Ambegaon is a growing area, so there’s always some new construction or a new shop opening up nearby. We like it here because it feels like we are part of the local neighborhood. It’s not too corporate. We have our routine, and we stick to it. Most days are just about helping someone fix a bug in their code or explaining a new concept. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy. We don't complicate things unnecessarily and just get on with it every day. It is what it is.
