Mercury Software

Mercury Software is tucked away in the C-Wing of Kohinoor Plaza. If you know Chakan, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the industrial stuff going on around here. We’re just a small team of people who spend a lot of time looking at screens. It’s not a flashy tech office like the ones you see in movies with bean bags and free snacks everywhere. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We’ve been at Kohinoor Plaza for some time, and the building has its quirks, like the elevator that takes forever or the occasional power cut. But it works for us. Most days involve a lot of typing and trying to figure out why something isn't working the way it should. We drink way too much chai from the guy downstairs. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, but close enough to the main road that we don't feel totally isolated. People ask us what we do, and we just say we work on software. It’s practical work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything, so most people find out about us just by seeing the name on the directory in the lobby. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Chakan. It’s a straightforward setup and we like it that way. Sometimes the AC makes a loud hum, but we just ignore it and keep going with our tasks. Everything is pretty basic.
