Melorganik Private Limited

Melorganik Private Limited is based out of Flat No 1202 in Building C of Kalpatru Splendour, over in Wakad. It’s a residential building, so we try to be quiet so we don't bother the neighbors. We’re near the Dattamandir, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The space is basically a converted flat. We have the living area set up with desks and the kitchen is mostly for making tea and coffee. It feels more like a home than an office, which some of us like. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We spend our days coordinating things over the phone and tracking everything on our laptops. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of samples or paperwork arriving. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. It’s not a perfect setup, but for now, it works for what we need. The commute to Wakad can be a bit of a pain in the evenings, but being in Kalpatru Splendour is convenient in other ways. We’re just a small group of people working together. We don’t have any big corporate plans. We just want to do our jobs well and get home to our families at a decent hour. It’s a straightforward way to run things, nothing more and nothing less.
