If you look for us in Pimpri, we are right on the 3rd Cross along the 4th Main Road at number 1. It is a tight spot but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most of the time, the shop is full of boxes and old parts because things are always coming in for repair. Phones break all the time and people bring them here hoping we can make them work again. We spend a lot of time looking at small screens and tiny screws under a desk lamp. It is quiet work mostly, except when the street outside gets noisy with traffic. The neighbors often pop their heads in just to say hello or ask about the weather. We have been at this address for a long time and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around to finish a job. It gets frustrating but that is just how it goes sometimes in this part of town. We are not trying to be the biggest shop around, just a place where you can get your phone sorted out without a fuss. There is usually a pile of newspapers on the counter and a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere. We keep the doors open late because that is when people finish work and have time to stop by. It feels like home after all these years of sitting behind the same counter.
