You can find us at Shop Number 3 on the ground floor of the Balaji Complex. We are located in Kesanand, right on Wadebolai Road in the Dhore Vasti area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it that way because it is less crowded. The shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. We have shelves lining the walls and a couple of desks for our clerical work. Running a pharmaceutical company from a small shop requires us to be very organized with our space. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure all the boxes are labeled correctly. The road outside can get quite dusty during the dry season, especially when the big trucks go past. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It is just a few of us here, so we all have to do a bit of everything, from cleaning to accounting. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. We’ve been in Kesanand for a while and we know the other shop owners on the block. It is a friendly enough place to spend the day. We just focus on our daily list of tasks and try to keep things moving along.
