Our shop is number 7 in the Kojagiri Building. We are right on Satara Road in the Dhankawadi area. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Canara Bank. It makes it easy for people to find since the bank is a big landmark. We handle surgical and hospital equipment every day. The shop isn't huge, but we pack it full of supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hospital staff about what they need for their wards. Satara Road is always moving, so there is a lot of noise outside our front door. Inside, we just focus on getting the inventory right. We have things for surgeons and basic stuff for regular clinics too. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time parking out front because it gets crowded, but we always figure it out. It’s a family-run feel here. We know most of the regular couriers by name. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us in the shop making sure the surgical tools are clean and ready to go. The Kojagiri Building has been here for a bit, and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s convenient for the locals who need medical gear without traveling too far into the main city. We keep it simple and just do our work without any fuss or trouble.
