Maxim Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is out in Markal, near the Alandi Markal Road. We are part of the Kumar Industrial Estate, specifically on Plot No. 11 and 12, covering Gat No. 1251-1261. Being in an industrial area like Tal. Khed means we have a lot more space than if we were in the middle of a crowded city. It’s a different kind of environment here. There are big trucks moving in and out of the estate all day long, and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units is always in the background. Our facility is focused on the practical side of pharmaceuticals. We have large storage areas and a lot of concrete floors that we have to keep clean. It’s a lot of physical labor, shifting pallets and organizing the warehouse. The air out here in Markal feels a bit different than the city, and the commute for the staff can be a bit long, but we like the space we have. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Most of us are either in the warehouse or at a desk covered in shipping manifests. It’s an unpolished, hardworking kind of place. We focus on getting the products out the door and keeping the inventory accurate. It’s a big operation in terms of size, but we run it with a small, dedicated crew who knows the ins and outs of the estate. It's just honest work in a busy industrial zone.
