Max Engineers

Max Engineers is located in Flat No. Osd 33 inside the Mithila Building. We’re over in Deshpande Puram, which is right across from S.N.D.T. College on Karve Road in Erandwane. Being near a college means there are always students walking around and plenty of snacks available nearby. Our office is a flat, so it has that lived-in feel. We’ve got engineering drawings spread out over most of the flat surfaces. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. Karve Road is one of the busiest spots in Pune, so the traffic noise is just part of our background music. We have a few desks squeezed in, and it gets a bit tight when we have all our equipment out. There’s no big sign outside, just our name on the directory. We spend our days doing calculations and checking plans. The light in the flat is okay, but we use a lot of desk lamps. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re just here to do the engineering work that needs doing. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Erandwane is a good place to be, even if it is crowded. We know the local shops and where to get the best vada pav when we’re hungry. It’s a practical workspace for a practical group of people. Most of us have been working together here for quite a few years now, so we have a good rhythm.
