Maverick Hat Technologies Llp is based out of Nanded City in Pune. Specifically, we’re in Flat B-1608 in the Kalashree building. Working from a township like Nanded City is quite different from being in the middle of the main city. It’s much more modern and organized, which we appreciate. Our office is high up on the 16th floor, so we get a pretty good view of the surroundings while we work. It’s a small team here, and we use this space to handle all our technology work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of assistants. Usually, it’s just the sound of someone typing or a fan whirring in the background. We like the quiet because it helps us get through the technical stuff we do. Most days are pretty much the same—we show up, have some tea, and get into our projects. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. It’s a very casual environment where the work is the main focus. Being in Haveli, we’re a bit away from the really congested parts of Pune, which is a relief. We've set things up so that we can be productive without all the usual office distractions. It’s just a normal flat where some guys do tech work. It’s a humble setup, but it’s exactly what we need. We stay up here and focus on what needs to get done for the day.
