Mavens Sage Private Limited

Mavens Sage Private Limited is tucked away in Panvel, over at Plot No. 41 in Sector 5. Our office is in A-103 of the Hari Madhur Milan building. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite a relaxed place to work. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know a lot about our field and wanted a place of our own to work. Panvel has grown a lot, but our little corner remains pretty steady. We usually get in early to avoid any local rush and spend our day at our desks. The office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel a lot less stiff than a regular workplace. We have a small kitchen area for our tea and snacks, which is where most of our non-work talk happens. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have our tasks and our computers. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. Raigad can be hot, but we keep the fans going and stay focused. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We just do our work, help each other out, and head home to our families. It’s a simple, honest setup that works for a small business like ours. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
