Mauli Hospital

Mauli Hospital is situated in Sector 14 at Neelakanth Heights in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. Being in one of the taller buildings in the area means we see a lot of people from the apartments nearby. Kamothe is always growing, and there is always some construction noise in the distance. The hospital is on one of the floors here, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the lift or taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. It gets quite humid in this part of Navi Mumbai, so we keep the fans going all day long. The office part is usually a bit of a mess with papers and folders everywhere because there is always so much to track. We don't have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping out in the back. It’s a busy environment and the pace doesn't really slow down until late in the evening. We see patients from all walks of life. Some are just stopping by for a quick check, while others are here for longer. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no fancy talk here. We just tell people what’s going on and do our best to help. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of the city, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
