Mauli Foods

Mauli Foods is located in Viveknagar, Akurdi, right on M G Road 5. This area is usually pretty lively. We’ve been running things from this spot for a while. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big corporate food chains you see in the malls. We don’t have a polished image or a list of corporate goals. We just come in, put on our aprons, and get to work. M G Road 5 has a lot of traffic, so there is always a layer of dust we have to deal with. We spend a lot of our morning prep time just making sure everything is in its place. The kitchen at Viveknagar is where most of the work happens. It's not a huge space, so we have to stay organized. We talk to the people who walk in, mostly folks from the nearby houses or people working in the offices around Akurdi. We don't use a lot of fancy English or marketing slogans. We just tell people what we have available that day. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting an order or running out of something early, but we try to fix it. It's just a regular business run by regular people. We stay until the evening lights come on along M G Road and then we pack everything up. It's a simple routine, but it keeps us going and pays the bills.
