Matrix Tools & Solutions

Matrix Tools & Solutions is located in Bhosari, over at F 38 134 135. It is right in the middle of the industrial area, so it’s always pretty noisy outside with the trucks and the welding going on nearby. We spend most of our time here surrounded by heavy metal parts and different kinds of machinery. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that we can’t ever seem to get out, no matter how much we scrub. It’s not a clean office job, that’s for sure. Most of us wear heavy boots because you never know what might drop. The shelving is all steel and holds a lot of weight. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized on the main desk because we are busy moving things around. There is a small area in the back where we keep the kettle for making tea in the afternoon. It gets dusty pretty fast with all the work happening in the neighborhood. We usually get in early before the sun gets too hot because the shed can turn into an oven by three. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small factories doing similar things. We just do our work, talk to the delivery drivers, and try to keep things moving. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We’re just regular people working with tools and trying to get through the daily list of tasks. It's a bit of a grind but it keeps us busy.
