Our small office is located at Plot 24 in the Janseva Society area of Kale Borate Nagar. Being in Hadapsar, we're right in the middle of a busy part of Pune, which keeps us pretty occupied most days of the week. We handle various service jobs from here, mostly focusing on technical fixes and maintenance tasks that people in the community need help with. The workspace isn't very large, just enough room for our tools and some desk space to keep track of the schedules. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of parts lying around, but we manage to find everything eventually. The street outside can get noisy with all the traffic heading towards the main road, but inside we just focus on getting through the work list. We started this because there seemed to be a need for someone local to take care of these things without making it a big ordeal. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites, but the shop at S/R No. 37 is where we gather in the morning to plan things out. It’s a plain brick building, nothing special to look at, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve known the neighbors for years and they often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a repair they’re thinking about doing themselves. It's a decent spot to work from.
