Our office is located in the Brahmchaitanya Society in the Waraje area of Pune. We are on Plot No 34, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main city center. It’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of trees and residential houses surrounding the plot. We have a decent-sized building where we handle all our technical work. The commute through Pune traffic can be a challenge, so most of us arrive pretty early to beat the rush. Inside, the office is divided into different sections for the various teams, but it’s all very open and simple. We have a small area for lunch where people bring their home-cooked dabbas and sit together. It feels more like a small community than a big private limited company sometimes. The work we do is technical, involving a lot of software and systems, but the way we run the office is very basic. We don't have expensive art on the walls or a designer interior. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of monitors. On rainy days, the Society looks very green and peaceful, which is a nice backdrop for the work we do. We’ve been at this location in Waraje for quite some time, and we've gotten used to the rhythms of the local area. It’s a solid place to be based for the kind of work we do every day. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
