Matoshree Super Market

Matoshree Super Market is right on Baner Road, specifically at the 5th Main in Byraveswara Nagar. It’s a busy spot especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We stock a bit of everything, from rice and dal to snacks and soap. The shelves are usually pretty packed. Sometimes it’s hard to find where we put the spices because we keep moving things around to make more room. We have a couple of guys who help carry bags to people's cars if they buy a lot. It’s a family-run place so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don't have those fancy scanners that work all the time, sometimes we have to type the prices in by hand. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains outside. We try to keep the milk fridge stocked but it empties out fast in the mornings. It’s a lot of work keeping track of the expiration dates and making sure nothing goes bad. We know most of the regulars by name and what they usually buy. It’s a neighborhood shop really. We don't do home delivery because we don't have a bike for it yet. The lights flicker a bit in the back storage room. We are just open every day from morning until late night. It’s just a normal market for regular people getting their groceries and household items at any time.
