Master Engineers

Our workshop is located at 412/1 Shivane in the Shankar Saraswai Industrial Estate. We are tucked away in the Payguda Compound, which is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before. At Master Engineers, we do a lot of heavy lifting and mechanical work. The ground is often covered in metal shavings and there is always a smell of oil in the air. We’ve got various machines for cutting and shaping parts, and they make a fair bit of noise when they’re all running at once. It’s a practical space, built for getting work done rather than looking pretty for visitors. Most of our day is spent at the workbenches with tools in hand. The Payguda Compound has several other small businesses, so there’s always someone around to lend a hand or share some news. Shivane is a busy area for engineering, and we feel right at home among the other shops. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we just move the machines out of the way and keep going. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We handle whatever engineering tasks come through the gate, from small repairs to making specific parts from scratch. It’s a straightforward life here, focused on the metal and the machines.
