Marsh Engineeer

Marsh Engineeer is based out of Sonali Sadan, which is House Number 1130 in the Revenue Colony area of Shivaji Nagar. It is a quiet residential part of Pune, which makes for a nice place to work without too much city noise. We share the space with the Natu family, as the address is care of Niranjan Natu. It feels more like a home than a factory or a corporate office. We have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Pune is a city of engineers, and we are just one small part of that. The building is an older style, which gives it some character. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on designs or look over plans. There are a few trees outside that provide some shade during the afternoon. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. If someone visits, they usually just knock on the door and we come out to meet them. It is an honest way to run a business. We focus on the engineering side of things and do not worry much about how the office looks. As long as we have enough light and our tools are handy, we are happy. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so getting around the city is not too bad from here.
