If you know the Market Yard in Pune, you know it is a very busy place full of trucks and people moving crates of produce at all hours. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos at 411037. It is an interesting place for a tech company like Webuto Infotech to be, but we have made it work for us over the years. The energy of the market is everywhere, even when we are inside trying to focus on our code or our designs. Our office is not very large, and it is definitely not one of those polished tech hubs you see in the magazines. It is a bit dusty because of the location, and we are always hearing the sounds of the market and the horns outside. We do not have a big fancy sign or a grand entrance. Most of us just commute in, find a spot to park the bike, and get to work. We are not big on corporate rules or strict hierarchies. We just expect everyone to do their part and help each other out when things get busy. We usually grab tea from the same guy every morning and talk about what we need to finish. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of life here. We do not pretend to be anything we are not. We are just a group of people working hard in a very busy part of Pune. It is noisy and crowded, but it feels real.
