Rishi Laser Ltd.

We are out in Village Markal, specifically at Gat No.1236/1+2+3 along the Alandi Markal Road. It’s a bit of a journey to get here from Pune, but this is where the space is for our machines. At Rishi Laser Ltd., we do a lot of heavy fabrication and laser cutting. The facility is pretty big because the sheets of metal we work with take up a lot of room. You can hear the hum of the lasers and the sound of forklifts moving things around all day. It’s a dusty environment, but that’s expected in Khed taluka. We have a team of operators who know these machines inside out. The office part of the building is where we handle the drawings and the logistics. It’s often quite busy with people checking specs and making sure the cuts are precise. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we’ve seen more factories pop up around us over time. The road can be a bit rough for the trucks coming in to pick up finished goods. We don't really do much to make the place look pretty. It’s a working factory, after all. We eat lunch together in a small break area. It’s honest work, and we try to keep the machines running as much as possible to stay on schedule. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with the transport, but we manage.
