Maple Group

You can find us at 432 First Floor in New Mangalwar Peth. We are very close to the Ladkat Petrol Pump, which is what we tell everyone when they are trying to find the Maple Group office for the first time. Being on the first floor is handy because we get a bit of a breeze and we can see the street clearly. New Mangalwar Peth is an older part of town with a lot of history and narrow lanes nearby. Our office has been here through many seasons. It is filled with the usual stuff like computers, stacks of paper, and a few dusty books on the shelves. We don't worry too much about having everything looking perfect as long as the work gets done. Most days involve talking to people about local buildings or checking on some sites around the Peth. The petrol pump is a constant landmark with cars and bikes always coming and going, which makes the area feel very alive. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it. We take our time with our work and try to be as helpful as we can when someone walks up the stairs to see us. It is just a normal local office where we handle property things without making a big fuss about it. We like it here because it feels like a real part of the neighborhood where people actually live and work every day.
