Manway Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

We are based out in Wagholi, which is on the edge of Pune. Our office is in Dube Nagar, Gat Number 1005 in Haveli. Wagholi is a bit more rugged than the city, with a lot of construction and big trucks moving around. Our pharmaceutical office is a modest setup on the ground floor. It’s a simple building without any fancy glass or steel. Inside, we have some sturdy tables and a lot of metal racks for our documents. The walls are just plain plaster. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. Most of our work involves talking to people and making sure shipments are tracked correctly. It gets quite dusty because of the roads, so we are always wiping down the desks. There’s a small porch out front where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice. We don't have an AC in every room, so we rely on the ceiling fans a lot. They make a steady humming sound all day. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. There is a small tea stall just down the road that makes the best ginger tea. It’s a quiet life out here compared to the city, and we prefer the slower pace for our daily operations. Everything is basic but it works.
