Mansi Pan Shop

The shop is right here in Pashan New Anaj Mandi. We open early when the trucks start coming in. It is a small place, mostly just a counter with some shelves behind it. We keep the basic stuff people ask for throughout the day. People stop by after finishing their shopping or work in the mandi. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the afternoons. We have been here for a while now. My brother and I take turns sitting at the front. There is always noise from the market outside, but we are used to it by now. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a spot to stand and get what you need. Most of our regulars are the folks who work around here every day. We know what they want before they even say anything. It is not a complicated business. We just make sure the stock is there and the shop stays open until the evening lights go on. The weather gets hot in the summer, but the fan keeps us going. We keep things simple. No big signs or flashing lights, just Mansi Pan Shop. If you are walking through the mandi, you will see us. We are right there near the main path. It’s just how it is. Nothing more to it than that. We keep the jars filled and the counter wiped down as much as we can between customers.
