Manjunath Catering Services

We operate Manjunath Catering Services over on Pune Sinhagad Road, specifically around the 6th Cross and 7th Main area. Our setup is mostly a large kitchen where we spend nearly all our time. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. Inside, it’s all about the food. We have large gas burners and massive containers for storing ingredients. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and the air always smells like tempering spices. We aren't the kind of place with a fancy front office or a menu with pictures. We just talk to people about what they need for their events and then we get to cooking. It’s a lot of early mornings, sometimes starting at four or five to get the breakfast orders ready. We use a lot of local vegetables and grains that we get delivered every morning. The team is just a group of us who have worked together for a long time. We don't have uniforms, just clean clothes and a lot of energy. Sometimes things get stressful when we have two big orders on the same day, but we always manage to pull it off. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and most of the locals know our van when they see it. We just keep cooking.
