You can find us at the Trimurti Mangal Karyalaya right on the Mumbai Bangalore Highway. We are located in Datta Nagar in the Ambegaon area of Katraj. Being near the highway makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a bit much sometimes. We have been handling food for the events at the hall and for outside parties too. It's a family-run thing, mostly. We don't have fancy titles or uniforms that look like they're from a hotel. We just wear what's comfortable for working in a hot kitchen. A lot of our work involves heavy pots and long hours standing up. We take care of the cooking from start to finish. We don't use frozen stuff if we can help it. The vegetables come from the local market early in the morning. People in Katraj know us for being reliable. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a menu is too difficult for us to do well, we say so. But usually, we can handle most traditional meals. We've done thousands of plates over the years. Some days are long, especially during the wedding season when we don't get much sleep. But seeing a family happy with the meal makes it okay. Drop by the hall if you want to chat about an event you have coming up. We are usually there in the mornings checking on the inventory and making sure everything is ready for the next service.
