Mandar S. Deshmukh

My office, Mandar S. Deshmukh, is located at Office No. 106 in the Orchid Complex. It’s right there at 1667 Sadashiv Peth, inside the Maheshwari Industrial Estate on the first floor. If you know the area behind Hotel Wadeshwar, you’ll find us easily. Sadashiv Peth is a busy, traditional part of the city, and our office fits right in. It’s mostly full of books, ledgers, and stacks of documents. We spend a lot of time at our desks, working through whatever paperwork is on the agenda for the day. It’s not a flashy corporate space. It’s just a place to get work done. We have a few chairs for visitors, and there’s usually a pot of tea nearby. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of character. Being on the first floor is convenient since people don't have to climb too many stairs. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen many businesses in the complex come and go. The street outside is always crowded with bikes, especially during lunchtime when everyone heads to the nearby eateries. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to concentrate. We just focus on our clients and the tasks at hand. There isn't any secret to it; we just show up and do the work.
