Manasva Infotech Private Limited is based in Pune, right in the Kothrud area at Gananjay Society. Our office is on Plot Number 11, S No 48/49/2. It’s a nice, quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards that are covered in scribbles and diagrams. We aren't very big on fancy office design; we just need a place to sit and code. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Pune. We don't have a formal atmosphere here. You'll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts, sitting around with our laptops. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through different problems we’re trying to solve. There is a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they don't always look very healthy. We do our own cleaning for the most part, and things can get a bit cluttered with old cables and boxes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do good work and help out our clients as best as we can. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep things simple and practical.
