This is just a small setup managed by us and we don't have a big storefront or a tall office building to show off to anyone. We mainly operate through the contact details provided to us, like the email address listed under Anand Hirve. It might seem a bit different to some people not having a physical street address listed here, but that is just the way we are running things at the moment. We do all of our management work from wherever we happen to be. It involves a lot of digital communication and keeping track of various things online throughout the day. We try our best to stay organized even if we aren't all sitting together in one big room. We aren't interested in looking like a giant company with hundreds of employees. We just want to be helpful and get the specific tasks done for the people who reach out. People send us messages when they need something handled, and we do our best to get back to them as quickly as we can. It’s a very direct and simple way of working. We don't have a secretary to filter our calls or any of those fancy automated systems that put you on hold for an hour. It is just real people on the other end of the message. We handle things as they arrive in our inbox one by one. It’s a very practical way to work given how the world is today. We keep it honest and don't make big promises.
