Manage-O-Soft.Com is located in Pune, specifically in the Guruvpiple area of Dapodi. We are over in the Bhima Shankar Colony, which is a bit quieter than the main city center. Our building is called Aniruddh Maitrak. It’s a simple setup where we work on software and management tools. Pune has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us sitting around desks, drinking too much coffee, and trying to make the software behave. The colony is pretty peaceful, which helps when you need to think. We get a lot of local folks coming by or asking about what we do. It’s mostly computer work, so there isn't much to see if you walk in, just a bunch of people looking at monitors. We handle different types of projects, and some days are definitely longer than others. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the afternoons get a bit sluggish. We just keep plugging away at the code and the data. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and do the tasks that are in front of us. It’s a straightforward life here in Dapodi, and we wouldn't have it any other way right now. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the software runs like it should.
