You can find us working as Makspeed Technologies Private Limited in Rahatani, Pune. Our office is in Building A of Rainbow Park Royale, and we are up on the seventh floor in Flat 701. It’s a decent spot to be in, though the commute through Rahatani can be pretty annoying when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We’ve been here for a while now, and it feels like home to our team. The office is pretty basic, really. We don’t have those expensive coffee machines or a gym in the building. It’s just a place where we sit down and get things finished. Most of us grew up nearby, so we know the 411017 area well. We don't bother with long, boring meetings or fancy slide presentations. Usually, if we need to discuss something, we just talk across the desks or while we're standing in the small kitchen. It’s faster that way. Work gets pretty busy sometimes, but we try to keep a good attitude about it. We stay late if a project is close to being done, and nobody really complains. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk or big promises. We just want to do honest work that keeps us busy and pays the bills. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up chatting with people from other floors. That’s just life here. We take on tech challenges and just keep moving forward.
