Maistella Tech Llp is based in Uttamnagar, right near the big water tank. It’s at M No 999. If you live around here, you probably know the spot. It’s a very local neighborhood and we like it that way. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our computers and tools. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It is just a practical place for us to get our work done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is just a short walk or a quick bike ride. We started this because we wanted to do something technical in our own part of the city. The office isn't always perfectly tidy; there are usually some papers and cables lying around. We don't have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk to each other like normal people and get through the day's tasks. The water tank is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, sometimes with the radio playing in the background. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually go to the small shop down the street. It’s an honest way to make a living.
