We set up our office on the second floor over in Sector-14, Nerul. It’s right in the Kukshet Gaon area, which stays pretty busy throughout the week. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly for local businesses and people nearby who have issues with their setups. It’s a plain space, nothing too flashy, just enough room for our equipment and a few desks. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, so there’s always someone needing help with their systems or some technical troubleshooting. We spend a lot of time on our phones or looking at screens, trying to figure out why something isn't working right. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy during the monsoon and we have to make sure the windows are shut tight to protect the electronics. It’s just a small group of us working here. We aren't a giant corporation, just some tech-minded people trying to make a living by fixing problems. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around the neighborhood. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs while we wait for files to upload or systems to reboot. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for the people who walk in. The building is a bit old, but we like it here.
