Maiara Technologies Private Limited

Our office is on the second floor of Fortune Plaza, which is tucked away in Thube Park over in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a pretty central part of Pune, so getting here isn't too bad, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. Maiara Technologies is just a group of us who enjoy working on tech stuff. The office itself is fairly simple. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep our bags and coats. It’s not one of those shiny, polished offices you see in magazines. We have some plants that we sometimes forget to water and the carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and trying to figure things out. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and go home. Shivaji Nagar is a great place to be because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch. Usually, we just pick up something from a nearby cafe and eat at our desks. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to run a steady business. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we need a break. It's just a regular place where regular people work.
