Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd

Our office is set up at Kakade Residency in the A-Wing, specifically at number 32. We are located in Chinchwad Station, Pune, and we are care of D B Gaikwad. This is a co-op housing society, so it feels more like a home than a big business center. Being near the Chinchwad Station means it is always busy outside with people coming and going from the trains. However, once you step into the residency, it gets much quieter. We handle things for Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd from this spot. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential wing, but it works well for keeping things low-key and steady. We have our files organized in the cupboards and a couple of tables for our computers. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business quietly. Sometimes we walk over to the station area to grab some lunch or meet someone. The building is well-maintained, and the society has its own rules that we follow. It is an honest, local way to run an office without the high costs of a downtown skyscraper. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and everyone in the A-Wing knows who we are. It is just a regular place where we show up and do our jobs every day.
