Maheshwari Stampings

Maheshwari Stampings is located over in the Indrayani Nagar area. If you happen to know where the Priyadarshani English Medium School is, then we are actually quite close to that landmark. It is a decent enough spot for a business, though the traffic can be a real headache when the school kids are heading home in the afternoon. We are tucked away at Survey No. 45/2. Our daily routine is mostly about metal stamping and making sure all the parts come out right. It is definitely not a glamorous job. The machines are loud and they seem to run for most of the day without much of a break. We have been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know who we are. It is a small operation, really. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. It is just us working with the equipment we have. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an entire afternoon fixing them ourselves. That is just part of the life. We try to keep the place somewhat organized, but in a stamping shop, things tend to get a bit cluttered with metal scraps and old tools. It is just a practical way to earn a living. We do not pretend to be some giant corporation. We are just a local shop in a busy neighborhood. People stop by sometimes for directions, and we just keep our heads down and focus. (252 words)
