Mahendra Kale

We have been located here in Gokhalenagar for quite some time. The office is really close to Vir Bajiprabhu School, so in the afternoons, you can hear the kids leaving for the day. It brings a lot of life to the street. Pune is a city that never really stops, and this neighborhood is no different. My name is Mahendra Kale, and I spend most of my hours sitting at this desk at 942 100. The building is older, but it has some character that you don't find in the newer constructions. I have some old wooden shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of books and files. Sometimes I think about renovating, but then I realize I like things exactly where they are. It’s a comfortable spot to work. Clients usually find their way here without much trouble, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. I usually take the bus or walk if the weather isn't too hot. There is a small chai stall just down the road where I go when I need a break from the screen. Life moves at its own pace here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a regular place where work gets done day in and day out without much fuss or fanfare. I've grown used to the hum of the ceiling fan and the way the light hits the floor in the evening.
