Mahendra Fruit Co

Mahendra Fruit Co has been sitting here at Pimpri Chakala 219 for a while now. We wake up early to get the crates ready and sorted before the sun gets too high. It gets a bit dusty on this road, but the fruit stays fresh because we keep moving it throughout the day. People from around the neighborhood usually stop by when they’re headed home from work. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where you can grab what you need for the week. Sometimes the crates pile up a bit on the sidewalk, but that’s how it goes when business is steady. We handle apples, bananas, and whatever else happens to be in season right now. If you walk down towards number 219, you’ll see us there easily. It's mostly just about getting the work done and making sure the stuff we sell is okay to eat. Some days are busier than others, especially in the mornings when the air isn't too hot yet. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things don't go to waste. The crates can be heavy to lift, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Pimpri is a busy area, so there's always noise from the traffic outside our door. We just stay focused on the produce and the customers who have been coming here for a long time. It’s a simple setup at Mahendra Fruit Co, nothing more than that. We just try to keep the shelves filled.
