Mahavir Steel Industries Limited is our business, and you can find us in the Sai Vihar Building on the Pune Satara Road in Dhankawadi. It’s a busy location, and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The office isn't very big, and it’s filled with desks that are covered in papers and old samples of steel. It’s not a very stylish place, but it’s where we get our work done every day. We spend a lot of time talking on the phone with suppliers and customers. Sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to hear, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It’s just a handful of us who know the steel business well. We deal with a lot of logistics, trying to make sure trucks arrive on time despite the traffic on Satara Road. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to straighten it out. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to do our jobs and make sure the orders are handled correctly. It’s a practical, straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand to keep things running smooth.
