Mahavir Hospital

Being right near the railway station here in Kamshet makes things interesting. You can hear the trains coming and going all day long. We’ve been set up in this part of town for a while. Most people in Kamshet know where to find us since we’re so close to the station. It’s a small place, really. We don’t have those huge hallways you see in the city hospitals. It’s more compact. We mostly see people from the nearby villages and folks who live right here in the center of Kamshet. The staff mostly comes in by train or bike. It gets a bit dusty with all the movement outside, so we’re always cleaning. It’s just a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just white walls and the usual equipment. We don’t have a big reception desk with fancy lights. It’s just a counter where you talk to whoever is on duty. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it feels like everyone in town showed up at once. We handle what comes our way. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get here, but being near the tracks helps. We’ve got a few chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days. It’s a local spot, through and through. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep going, day after day, keeping things running for the people around here.
