Mahavi Hardwear & Cement

We are located on Sinhagad Road in Anand Nagar. Our shop is in the Akshay House Building at Sr.No- 28/2. It is easy to find because we are right opposite Janseva Bank and near Jagtap Hospital. Being on such a main road means it is always noisy and there is a lot of traffic. We sell hardware and cement, so there are always bags of cement stacked up and piles of construction materials around. It is a heavy job. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that pull up out front. There is usually a bit of cement dust in the air, which is just part of the business at Mahavi Hardwear & Cement. Our clothes usually have some stains on them by the end of the day. We don't have a polished showroom with glass cases. It is more of a warehouse feel where everything is functional. Customers come in looking for specific things for their building projects, and we help them find what they need in the stacks. Sometimes we have to move a lot of heavy stuff just to get to one item at the back. It keeps us active. The neighborhood is very busy, so there is always someone popping in for a few kilos of nails or a bag of cement. We just keep the shop running and try to keep up with the demand from the local builders.
