Our shop is tucked away in Lane No 13, near R K Puram Society in Dhanori. It’s at Survey No 28 in Munjaba Vasti if you are looking for the exact spot. We’ve been running Nanai Traders And Hardware for a while now. It started small. We just have the usual things people need for their homes. Nuts, bolts, tools, and some paint supplies are stacked on the shelves. It’s a bit crowded inside because we try to keep a lot of stock in a small space. Sometimes it takes me a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but I usually know where everything is. The neighbors drop by when they have a leak or need to fix a door. We aren't a big showroom. It’s just a practical place for practical people. The area has changed a lot since we opened. More houses are going up around Dhanori, so we stay busy enough. My brother helps out on the weekends when things get a bit hectic. We don’t spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people just know us because we are right here in the lane. We open early and close late most days. It is hard work staying on your feet all day, but it’s what we know. If someone needs a specific tool and we don't have it, we try to get it in by the next week. That’s just how we do things here. We have everything from basic nails to heavy hammers.
