R S Hardware & Aluminium

You can find R S Hardware & Aluminium at Vadgaon Budruk, specifically on Vasna Road at 62/4B/2, 8. It’s a bit of a specific address, but the locals know where we are. We have all kinds of small hardware items and aluminium sections packed into our shelves. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific screw or bolt, but we usually know exactly where it’s hidden in the back. The shop isn't very large, so we’ve had to build shelves all the way to the ceiling. We use a tall ladder that’s a bit shaky, but it does the trick. Vasna Road has changed a lot since we first opened, with more shops and houses going up all the time. We see a lot of people who are just starting their own projects. We don't give them a big corporate speech. We just help them find what they need and maybe tell them how we would do it if it were our own house. It’s a friendly place. We have an old radio that plays songs in the background while we work. My clothes usually have a bit of grease or metal dust on them by the end of the shift. We are just regular people working a regular job in Vadgaon Budruk. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. We close up around eight and walk down the road for some dinner. Then we come back and do it again.
