Indian Hume Pipe

You can find us tucked away behind Konark Vihar in Sambhaji Nagar. We are located at S.No B/6/10 in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s a busy part of town, but our spot is a bit more off the main path. Working with hume pipes is heavy, physical work and it's what we do day in and day out. There’s always concrete being mixed and large sections of pipe sitting in the yard. It isn't a glamorous job, and the yard can get quite muddy when it rains in Pune, but we get it done. We’ve got a crew that knows their way around the equipment. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make pipes and handle the logistics of getting them where they need to go. Usually, you’ll find us wearing work boots and covered in a bit of dust. That's just the nature of the business. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available in the back. We've been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the dimensions are right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even stay late if a big order needs to go out, and we just grab some snacks and keep working until the trucks are loaded.
