Mahalaxmi Super Market Kirana Shop

Mahalaxmi Super Market Kirana Shop is tucked away in Dhayari 10. We are basically a neighborhood kirana store where you can find your spices, lentils, and all the small things for the kitchen. The shop isn't very large but we use every inch of the wall space to stack boxes and packets. It feels a bit like a puzzle sometimes when a new shipment of oil or flour comes in. We have been serving the folks around Dhayari for a good while. Most of the people who come in live just a few minutes away. We don't have any flashy displays or big sales events. We just open the shutters in the morning and start the day. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait if several people come at once for their monthly groceries. We just write down the totals on a slip of paper and help pack the bags. It is a bit noisy when the school bus passes by but otherwise it is a steady place to work. We know which brand of tea most of our regulars prefer without them even asking. It is just a regular shop run by regular people. We don't bother with fancy talk or promises. If we have it, it's on the shelf. If we don't, we'll try to get it soon. That is how we have always done things here in Dhayari 10.
