Mahadev Provision Stores

Mahadev Provision Stores is a local grocery spot in Hadapsar. We’ve been serving the people in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s the kind of place where we know most of our customers by name and what they usually buy every week. We stock all the basics like rice, dal, oil, and spices. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with bags and boxes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. Every morning starts with the milk delivery and then we spend time refilling the bins and cleaning the jars. We don't have those big shopping carts or fancy aisles. You just come to the counter and tell us what you need, and we go grab it for you. Sometimes we run out of things, and we just tell the customers to come back tomorrow once the new stock arrives. It’s a very relaxed way of doing things. The street outside in Hadapsar is always humming with activity, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We get a lot of people stopping by for just one or two small items on their way back. We keep a ledger for some of the old-timers who’ve been coming here for decades. It’s just a regular provision store doing regular business with the locals every single day, and that’s how we like it.
