We have phones and accessories all over the counters and shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once, but we make it work. It’s a local spot where people from the neighborhood stop by. We’ve got the usual things you’d expect. The lighting inside could be better, but it does the job. Most of the day is spent talking to people or looking at screens. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you need a specific charger or a cover, we usually have to dig through a few boxes to find the right one. It’s just how we run things here. No fancy uniforms or corporate rules. We just open up in the morning and stay until late. The traffic on Kalewadi Road can be a headache, especially in the evenings. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a simple business.
